Her thesis entitled &#8216;Sextans A, a Rosetta stone for massive star formation and evolution at extremely low metallicity&#8217; obtained the maximum grade, <em>Sobresaliente cum laude<\/em>. Her work has laid out the foundations for future studies of very metal poor massive stars.
